I know it’s far but San Jose has a KILLER flea market. I usually make it an all day trip due to its large size. However it is pretty far so it might not be an option.
There is usually one in the parking lot of one of the Berkeley Bart parking lots (not downtown!). Sorry, all the flea markets I know are on the east bay!
